Not that long ago.

I discovered about her the day it exploded, on the 10th of January 2009, the day she posted the last video, FOAR EVERYWUN.

By the 19th, the CBCR had her account hacked and removed the videos (it was incredibly easy at that time to hack Youtube accounts) and the thing calmed down.

I you really want to avoid reposts, you could always check karma decay before posting. By just putting in the image url, I was able to learn that this picture has been posted at least 3 times in the past year, and it only took be about a minute to find that out. This doesn't mean it should never be reposted, but it does give you warning that some of us have seen this picture many times (and some of those who have seen it will probably rage).

I never said you should only post oc. Hell, I even told you that it isn't some sort of horrible sin to post a year old meme. My suggestion to post only oc was in response to 3098's suggestion to just never post as a way of avoiding reposts. My response should be read in that context: "If you want to avoid reposts...just post original content." Really, that or not posting are really the only ways to be 100% sure you aren't making a repost (and again, I never said that reposts are some evil devil here to take our internet fun away).
