It wouldn't cook it per se. Vaginas are acidic in nature, and I suspect a chemical reaction similar to this could occur given a long enough time span. The egg in that video is boiled, but it works with a raw egg too. So this myth is plausible, but I would be horrified if a woman has a vinegar vagina.

Boil the egg first, remove the shell, put the boiled egg in a condom.

Fun fact: unless pressed against a hard/sharp edge, eggs are surprisingly hard to break with pressure on all sides. Put one in your hand (take off any rings), and try to crush it with even pressure all around in your fist.

Also, human body temperature is lower than chicken body temp, so if they don't hard boil inside the chicken, they won't inside a human.
