Don't laugh, I could have used a beard mentor the couple of times I've tried. I'd always shave some extra off by accident, then have to make the other side match. Then I'd fuck that up, and have to fix the first side again. Finally I figured I'd see what would happen if I just let it grow. It went all Grizzly Adams and I got rid of it. The second time I still couldn't keep the damn thing on straight, it kept shifting around on me and I just gave up.

I agree, I'm looking for a beard mentor. I have the same problem, I let it all grow over summer and hope I can do something with it when it's over but I might end up cutting it all off because I've no clue what to do.

Ugh Kesha annoys me. Last year my club put on the NYC nerd and Moustache competition and she came in with her entourage and tried to be a judge for the comp. her friend was like "don't you know who she is?!? That's kesha"

At the time I had no idea who she was and laughed it off. She then spent the rest of the night putting dudes beards in her mouth. It was fucking weird.

This reminds me of one of the creepier things that happened to me on the net. I got a random chat request (think it was ICQ, or maybe yahoo messenger)

They said that they were a young boy (about 13 or 14) and their father had died and they had no one to teach them how to shave.

They wanted me to shave on cam for them so they could watch. I immediately got creeped out figuring that it was someone who had some sort of shaving fetish so i told them no and put them on ignore...

Ditto, I started growing a beard about this time last year as part of a dare, and when it started to fill in, I really could have needed som guidance as to how to best trim it, keep it in shape etc. (If you haven't got the time or money to go to a barber every week)
