That pig looks like a rat. Recently I raised a market pig for my county fair. Most pigs had short snouts, the ones people are used to. Except for a couple of pigs. Their snouts were long like this and gradually became smaller near the front. So they looked like rats. People hated them because they thought they were ugly, but I liked them. I like all pigs. That aside, I throughly enjoyed this post so an upvote for you.

Yeah I know what you mean. When I had to sell my hog I cried, I knew that I'd have to part from my pig since the day I got her because that is what she was born and raised to do. Be fat, get sold and eaten. I just grew so attached to her because she would come when I called her and she let me hug her and use her as a pillow. So now I just hope whoever is eating her is feeling bursts of love, joy, and care in their tummies. Sorry, I went on a tangent.

I know what you mean. I don't think I could ever raise an animal like that, I'd be too sad when I went to sell it. Also I live in the middle of the city now so it would be pretty inconvenient anyway :D

I personally like the ones with long noses. We have a landrace boar on the farm I work at and he has the cutest, longest, most upturned nose I have ever seen.

I like all of them. They all have cute features in my opinion. Be it a Hampshire, Yorkshire, Duroc or mixed breed.

Exactly. Most of ours are mixed breeds. Recently we had a male born that was brindle colored like a dog. so cute. Think we're going to raise him up to be one of our future boars instead or selling him off.

Thank you kind Sir or Madam, i really love pigs too, if i had a 'thing', then pigs would be my 'thing'.

And we have had many rats over the years too, i don't get why people hate them so much, ours were friendly, clever and adorable too, mostly of the hooded variety.

I don't mind rats as long as they don't ruin my home or give me diseases. I really like the ones you keep as pets, the twitch of their noses is so adorable and tickles when your hold the rat up to your face. Pigs are one of my favorite animals, I'm in FFA so I'll be raising pigs for the next few years.
