    The only thing that bums me out about that shot is that it looks like it was shot at about ISO 1000000, especially in the higher res. I wonder what time of day it was/what settings were used, because it looks like it could have been shot at a way way lower ISO.

    What you're seeing isn't ISO noise but rather noise indicative of overused sharpening filters, if you look at background you'll see how it looks as if it forms a pattern, this is the sharpening algorithm trying to sharpen the background bokeh.

    The first link is probably a re-encode just for the banner on the bottom, the large size indicates an attempt to as must as possible prevent the addition of extra lossy noise.

    I cleaned up the pic a bit, make it more suitable as wallpaper.
