What is the WTF?

The WTF aspect comes from how horrifying this popeye render looks.

What's the real story

Rick Baker is a famous makeup artist and also the man behind this image. I'm pretty sure that the image is CG, but if it's not then that ups the impressiveness and the WTF-ness of this by a fair amount.

Is it WTF worthy?

Sure. I don't particularly think that artist renders or drawings are particularly WTF (You can make anything creepy looking if you want to) But hey, that's just my opinion.

Final Verdict

WTF rating: (CG)5/10 (Real makeup job)6.5/10

(As honeyninja pointed out, this is CG)

While the image may be a little ugly, it doesn't garner a HUGE amount of WTF, but it's satisfactory.
