32 knives in the village and they just used them all on him. This is why they can't have nice things.

[–]JaFFsTer 9 points10 points ago

This guy was a victim of a mexican drug cartel, not a child rapist. Justice was not served here.

[–]sweet_grl 16 points17 points ago

What is the story behind this picture? This is barbaric!

[–]readforit 25 points26 points ago

typically in those cases there is no evidence other than "someone suspects him to be the perp"

[–]fuzzyperson98 7 points8 points ago

Sounds like the Salem Witch Trials.

[–]readforit 13 points14 points ago

"We will burn you to test if you are a witch, if you survive we know you are a witch and we will torture you to death. If you die in the fire, you are not a witch and are free to go"

[–]cernunnos_89 5 points6 points ago

we will drown you in the river, if you live we will torture you to death, if you die youare innocent.

we will give youa broom and push you off a cliff, if you fly away you are a witch and we will hunt tyou down, if you die you are innocent.

the forfathers of fundamentalists GOP right there...

[–]ianmassey 16 points17 points ago

No, this guy was murdered by the Los Zetas cartel in mexico, and left to be discovered as he is in the photo.

[–]ALDUINSBANE 7 points8 points ago

How do you know this? This was posted months ago saying cartel related?

[–]kentd600 7 points8 points ago

What country is this village in?

[–]Defender 27 points28 points ago

Stabistan

[–]OperatorMike 0 points1 point ago

I actually think this is one of the Blackwater contractors that got ambushed and tortured, then their bodies strung up on a bridge.

[–]BravoJohnnyBravo 1 point2 points ago

I want to know as well

[–]SgtSausage -4 points-3 points ago

It's justice.

[–]thedevilsmilkman 13 points14 points ago

Hey guys check it out my new knife block arrived!

[–]OrangishOrange 11 points12 points ago

[–]alaskanfarmer 0 points1 point ago

well you just cut right to the core of it, didn't you?

[–]w00df00t -4 points-3 points ago

This is exactly why online knife block sales should be banned!

[–]I_Love_ParkwayDrive 14 points15 points ago

It's okay! I'm a doctor! With my many years of expertise, I have successfully deduced that this man is dead.

[–]KarmaAintInMyNature 1 point2 points ago

Thanks for your services, when can we expect the bill?

[–]I_Love_ParkwayDrive 4 points5 points ago

Now, as this was an open and shut case, I will charge less then average. The $3000 bill will be mailed when I get back.

[–]Tokugawa 14 points15 points ago

Looks like someone...got the point.

[–]shiniyoukai 7 points8 points ago

[–]eegit 2 points3 points ago

Let's just hope it was the right guy, eh?

[–]gjvdkamp -1 points0 points ago

Well.. It's super effective..

[–]reffak 0 points1 point ago

must squeezed the toothpaste from the wrong end

[–]poorpinto 0 points1 point ago

this reminds me of the "stone soup" story where everyone in the village makes a small contribution towards a final product. In this case it was kitchen knives.

[–]ExodusRex 0 points1 point ago

What a waste of good cutlery. Guess they'll save the bullets for killing kids in enemy villages.

[–]grumpy_uncle 1 point2 points ago

Stick a fork in him, he's done.

[–]Wildebeast1 0 points1 point ago

Wasn't this on here at the start of the week?

[–]headdownassup 1 point2 points ago

i think this was a cartel sending a message

[–]TwistedOneOfFate 0 points1 point ago

This was a message sent by the Los Zetas, the Mexican Jewish Cartel

[–]terrible0ne 0 points1 point ago

i hear jay walking carries a stiff penalty in some countries

[–]-narcoticc 0 points1 point ago

So, did he live?

[–]CopyWrittenX 0 points1 point ago

Dude...you don't stab a guy in the dick.

[–]sidpena 0 points1 point ago

The Cordon Bleu class on tenderizing is a bitch...

[–]Ratchet_It 0 points1 point ago

Hold up I think there is room for 1 more....

[–]derrrrrrrrr 0 points1 point ago

If you are going to pimp out a (reposted) photo depicting the horrendous death of another person for karma, at least be accurate with the description. This was a Mexican drug cartel victim.

[–]stevieboy100 -1 points0 points ago

That is one funny lookin knife holder

[–]Arthener 0 points1 point ago

Saw this pic in 2005 guys... Cancer repost is cancer repost!

[–]Makalu 1 point2 points ago

Saw this on 4chan about a year ago, probably still the most horrible thing I've ever seen.

[–]ddxquarantine 12 points13 points ago

You must not spend much time on 4chan.

[–]justheretofap 1 point2 points ago

That'll teach him to make fun of flip flops.

[–]mrzhi -2 points-1 points ago

Oh yeah? Not knowing anything about this village other than that picture, are you going to go act an ass in that village?

[–][deleted] ago

[–]mrzhi 0 points1 point ago

Probably a bunch of very sharp, stabbing pains before being enveloped by a warm, floating feeling just before blackness?

How would you feel if everyone KNEW this was the outcome of raping, murdering, abusing other people?

[–]xfrankieBWOY 1 point2 points ago

You're right, we need more severe consequences, because jail is free...

[–]mrzhi 0 points1 point ago

If I go to jail in America, I'm suddenly opened to the possibilities of a free college education, free room and board, free healthcare and pretty much zero expectations of doing anything productive in life, while others pay for MY mistakes. Is there violence in prison? Sure, but there's always a price.

I just don't see why I should give someone who's beneath basic human civility the privilege to continue to breath.

Also, if I assume that one individual did not stab that guy to death, then it would seem the village dealt with a predator in a very graphic, very public manner to send a message that the community as a whole will not stand for this.

[–]elfpgirl 0 points1 point ago

breathe

[–]Richterer 0 points1 point ago

You two are being far too passionate for an event that you should know is a grey area. Being for or against vigilante justice both have equal perks, but the cons of going either way are horrible, so why argue a particular side?

[–]mrzhi -2 points-1 points ago

Justice is different than the "Justice System"? That indvidual's death is public for a reason and appears to be a joint effort by part of the village, which indicates that the immediate community will not stand for that behavior.

[–]MaxFrenzy 2 points3 points ago

Not necessarily. I don't think it has been indicated one way or another if this person did indeed rape a child. Other people have suggested that it was cartel related. In which case, it might not be the community, it may have been drug, gang, etc. related. This man may have not committed any crime. Usually one doesn't get stabbed by 30 knives without doing something pretty bad, but who knows.

I think the larger issue is one's stance regarding if this type of justice, provided we assume he was a child rapist for example, is one we endorse, frown upon, or simply recognize as another cultures way of handling things. Certainly everything is circumstantial, as it is with the American justice system. We have and continue to sentence individuals to death for the worst of crimes we do not tolerate as a society. Sometimes it's not the penalty that people take issue with, it's the method in which it is exercised.

Ethics, morals, revenge, forgiveness, religion, economics, politics, knowledge and/or ignorance plus a host of other beliefs dictate an individuals stance on the matter. And as Richterer pointed out, there are going to be valid points on both side of the table. When we start arguing deeply engrained ideals like these, it is often tough to come up with compromise that is satisfactory.

[–]ofd1197 -2 points-1 points ago

I would feel dead. I wonder how the child-rape victim would feel for the rest of their life....

[–]cephalic666 0 points1 point ago

Think he'll be okay?

[–]joemac5367 -3 points-2 points ago

Did he died?
