Post Guidelines

Please DO:

  • Submit interesting, engaging, and inspiring content relevant to the field, study, or love of architecture.

  • Feel free to seek advice, discussion, and collaboration with other members of the subreddit!

  • Include details such as architect, location, photographer, date and building type in submissions when available. This and additional context should be included in the title or, if space does not permit, in the comments section.

  • When reporting or marking a submission as spam, please message the moderators as to why you consider the submission as such. Reddit's moderator tools do not adequately notify moderators of reasons for banning and some quality content automatically is banned.

Please DO NOT:

  • Submit blog spam, self-posts or dangerous websites.

  • Submit images without context. Images of this nature are welcome in related subreddits (see above) but are inappropriate in r/Architecture.

  • Submit memes or off-topic content.

These guidelines are monitored by an involved community, so please help us maintain quality content by upvoting and downvoting accordingly! Message your input to the Moderators.

Not only does it get reposted frequently, the orgasm title is a direct rip.

That's some serious karma-whoring right there.

[–]ImJET 3 points4 points ago

[–]liberal_texanArchitect 1 point2 points ago

Orgasm is common when you're talking about intellectual masturbation of this magnitude.

[–]srmattoArchitecture Student -1 points0 points ago

Could you offer up some useful criticism of the work?

[–]doctorofphysick 1 point2 points ago

But we're intellectuals, sophisticates! That's not how it works! We say "intellectual masturbation" or "self-indulgent poppycock" or "derivative and over-rated" and then we all nod and agree!

Postwhoring aside, this place is actually a very successful scheme that I have used as a benchmark/precedent project several times.
