IP bans are your friend. Most of these kids are too dumb to use proxies.

I did have one kid who logged in on a friends account at their house and griefed an entire town. He was banned for using nexus client and was dumb enough to admit it to other people in game.

My brother and I just close our faction server. Every motherfucking one of them was 12 and under. It's basically playing a game with elementary schoolers...

As a long time mod and admin of several forums/server, it's not even the age. You'll have problem fucking users everywhere. All the time.

Most people will think you are kind of a dick for moderating with a bit of an iron fist, but man, the community does not benefit from having utterly unacceptable behavior being the norm, even with the oldbies. You abide by the rules, or you're not part of the community. Easy.
