      Is workaholics seriously good or do people just smoke weed and watch it? I have not given it a chance yet. Watched 5 minutes of the first episode and felt like it was going to suck so I turned it off. But people keep referring to it on reddit so I'm thinking of giving it another shot.

      Of course it is. But some shows are just universal among people who actually have taste. And from reading reddit it feels like it should be one of those shows. I did the same thing with Arrested development around the time it ran and I was obviously wrong. It turned out to be the best show of all time.

      The most hilarious character is Adam, even just the way he says things is funny.

      I also like it because I kind can of relate to their overall situation. In the most general sense the show is about a group of guys that are in the post-college years of their life, they probably graduated a year or so before the show starts. So they have jobs, but not yet careers. They still want to party but they have work in the morning. They work to party in the weekends. This is eventually thinned out though as I feel they drink all the time and the show gets more ridiculous as it progresses, as all shows do. It's a good watch.

      The dead cow episode had a lot of promise with the vacant house, but then they took it in such a silly, unbelievable direction that the humor (and potential) was lost. I'm regularly impressed and then disappointed with the show.

      Jillian Bell, on the other hand, never disappoints. That girl is awesomely hilarious.

          Had a similar situation where this FNG bullshitted his way into a lead design position at our engineering/design company. (We designed structural systems for residential and commercial buildings.) This guy never turned in a single thing that I didn't have to redo from scratch.

          After a few months of this I noticed his designs improving quite a bit. Eventually, I realized he was going into the engineering program and deleting loading criteria to get his designs to work.

          The whole time he never admitted a single mistake. Quite the opposite, in fact.
