This was my reaction when I learned my in-laws house is going into foreclosure because god told them to mortgage it to invest in a floundering MLM.

You can actually get out of the mortgage in this case. In this instance, your in-laws are clearly hearing voices, which is a sign of psychological illness. No person can make a contract with a mentally unfit party, that includes mortgages.

sad thing is, some of these MLMs like Amway use religion to keep control over you.
