Hah! I remember when two of my friends smoked and my other friend and I didn't. My two smoker friends would smoke in the front seats of the car then turn to us in the back waving the pipe around like this asking if we wanted to smoke. Eventually, it worked. d:

Why the hell was this downvoted? First of all this is r/trees, everything should be upvoted and nothing downvoted. Second of all your completely right, pressuring people who dont smoke is a horrible thing to do. Weed should never be forced on anyone!

but, come on, dudesons. if they are all mates im sure even if you pressure them to death, there is nothing wrong, no one gets mad, you even laugh at the situation of your stoner mate swinging his piece on your face. I understadn when its soemone you barely know or such and are really trying to get him to smoke. However, sometimes your mates might have this dick excuses like, just cuz my dad said so! (which is ok blah blah, dont rage) and then you get into a conversation (note, conversation) were you are not tryign to convince him to smoke but rather to inform him so that he(she) can make their OWN descision, whether is a no or a yes. Or maybe i am just a dick.

You probably don't realize, but when you pressure your friends like that it really is a bad thing. If you try to force them into doing it, they might start doing it for the wrong reasons, or have a bad experience.

Just don't pressure them, they know you do it, if they want to join you they will come around naturally, and of not, then they wont.

There's nothing wrong with asking them. If my friends didn't keep asking me I'd have not started. I am glad I did. :)
