              There are a lot of videos of this online. I'm at work so I'm not going to find them for you...but it can't be that hard to find.

              Basically, they hide a camera which can see:

              Their Penis

              The Target Girl

              They record themselves jacking off while the target is just minding their own business. Sometimes the target notices (they probably all notice) and stares, sometimes they just get up and leave, and sometimes they just look the other way. There are people that get off on this kind of stuff.

Too many times I'll hear stories of how girls spot dudes exposing themselves or masturbating in public but feel that it is harmless and don't do anything about it.
