Not a cattle egret. Juvenile Cattle Egrets have a black bill. I would say its an Eastern Great Egret. I would say it's likely this picture is taken is south east Asia.

My aunt used to own a small animal reserve in South Africa which had a lot of elephants, which I could ride and interact with, I now get especially mad when I hear about ivory poachers and shit. Elephants are one of the few animal species that actually have a real, actual sense of humour (you can often see elephants actually trolling each other and other animals in inventive ways), so its very very sad when one of them gets killed for no reason. Truly one of the best species ever
