In my school they give you a college credit for AP classes you take in addition to high school credit, we even go down to the college and take the final exams there.

It takes forever, I swear they were trying to kill us. Typical homework night for me would be my regular honors classes homework first. In science generally just a lab sheet or some vocab words or notebook upkeep for a text or check. I'm also in JROTC and we were assigned a huge essay per nine weeks(every nine weeks) that's a lot of our grade so I always spent at least thirty minuets a night every night working on that so it didn't come down to last min. Then the AP stuff when my brain was warmed up. Generally we'd do two pages of take home problems a night in Alg. that had to have the work shown and then checked back through. Those were some long nights. English was unpredictable but my teacher loved essays and vocab, so we'd always have a page or two of vocab or an essay or a book to read and a section do the next day with our annotations. And history was fun, once again we had a project due at the end of every nine weeks that counts for a lot so I'd spend thirty minuets on that a night plus whatever else was assigned, he was random with his assignments and very creative :) Plus studying like crazy for our weekly tests and mid week quizzes and trying to do the best work possible so you can use them as references on college apps, and get maximum points.
