There was the definite implication that this submission lacks merit because it has been posted previously. I think there's a certain level of smugness in the assumption that just because you've seen something before, others wouldn't like to see it or possibly even wouldn't mind seeing it again (if they've also seen it). As for my supporting Green, I don't see how that's pertinent to this discussion. Your logical fallacy is ad hominem.

If you'd have paused for breath before leaping into one of your antagonistic rants you would have noticed that at the time you commented there were no downvotes on this submission. I have in fact upvoted it, because I believe in rediquette and in the invisible hand of internet points to rightly determine the merit in this submission. interesting thing I just noticed about this picture; the length of coast of the South Island that you can see behind them is, as far as I can tell, around 400km - and that's roughly the same as the average altitude of the International Space Station.
in other words, the background view of this photo is as wide as it is tall. and that's... nice.
