I assume it came from 4chan, and since 4chan imbeds gifs in their posts using the first frame of the gif, it would appear to be hentai but lead up to... that... I saw one done where the first frame of the gif was of a woman, then quickly changed to animal abuse... Depressing example :P But an example nonetheless.
