Ask and you shall receive. Yup, that's a dragon, spitting flames, made of metal kitchen equipment, and it's an amphibious, human powered vehicle.

This and the gator thing are from the Kinetic Sculpture Race in Arcata, CA. They do it annually. Arcata's a pretty cool place like this year 'round. Here's a few pics I took at the 2009 race.
