Who's unnatural now? (imgur.com)

I hate this argument. Isn't 450 an incredibly small percentage of the species on this planet. 1.7 million or something? That's less than .02%

True, but I think it's mainly that there are a lot (number-wise, not percentage-wise) of species (lots of which are recognizable, not some crazy obscure insect) exhibit homosexual tendencies but us as humans are the only species who shuns homosexuals.

It's a false premise, it's using misleading language and ideas, and without the proportion it's senselessly deceitful.
It doesn't mean anything for things to be natural, this whole idea tries to get to the heart of if it's a choice or not. Well, that begs the question of what we are talking about? Gay attraction?
Everything about the experience as described by a gay person suggests it is consistent with he personal experience of attraction -- it's obscured, passive and pervasive. Everyone should be able to identify with this unless they have a physiologically diminished libido.
If we move the goal posts so choice is to pursue that attraction, who cares. What we are saying is some portion of the population should be obliged to persistently resist their subjective experience, and we would need good reason to do so? Is "God says so" good reason in this context? You and I don't think so. A lot of Christians questions if that's even what it means.
I think adding this bad argument on top of it is like attaching a tow line to a pickup with scotch tape. We're just adding a redundant feature that is totally vulnerable.

The point is it exists in another species besides humans.
And you find this point intellectually satisfying?
No i find it to be true.

Homophobia is a human social construction. However there has been no real observation of animals shunning members for displaying homosexual behaviour.
