The best way to describe this gif, no I can't do it narratively: This girl, who has her own life and her own distinct personality, is expressing the joy of acceptance in a world that is not hers: a non-gamer earning an achievement, a shut-in scoring the winning goal in a friendly game of soccer (football for non-Americans), a lurker getting an upvote. All of this just adds to her being pleased with herself. She won the prize.
