Basically a guy who started posting a lot recently and some of his comments made the top comment for some posts and now some people recognized him from upvoting him before or through RES and blindly upvote him. Now everybody hates/are annoyed by him because they see him everywhere. I personally don't see why Redditors get so mad at somebody posting a lot when most of it is relevant or at least funny. He never did anything wrong, but people find a way to hate powerusers.
