                      I'll give you an example. I feel it's easier explained that way. Say you're playing a game like Pictionary. If your phrase came up and it was "Playing Pictionary", you would have to draw people playing Pictionary. You would be referencing Pictionary while playing Pictionary. That is meta.

                      Another example would be documentaries about making movies. They are movies about making movies. Super meta.
