If I recall, he was actually on the second floor of an apartment building. He and his gf were filming themselves taking salvia. At some point he climbed out the window and fell out. He doesn't come back inside for like 3 minutes.

The flashing you see is light bulbs breaking. In the original video there are two people sitting on a couch who smoke salvia at the same time. The girl sits on the couch moaning but the dude goes crazy and breaks through the window.
