Advent Rising was buggy as hell. It is not underrated at all. I wish they could have finished the story though. This was the first game I was ever hyped about, I had followed it for years. I remember the dev saying that it was going to be a trilogy and by the time the Xbox 360 would have been out you would be able to lift mountains with your powers. I remember the ending and walking in the snow and getting picked up by a yeti or something. Because of this game I don't get hyped up anymore.

I enjoyed it at the time, but looking back it just had too many glitches and bugs in later levels that made it annoying to play.

Hmm, Mass Effect sort of took its place in the next gen. They branded this game as a Halo-killer which is fucking retarded, and they promised too much before it ever released. I was pumped for this game and counted days til it's release, but the reviews were too much to take. The psp game died and so did the series, and though it makes me sad, I'll take ME anyday
