This looks like the Iguazu falls. Yeah, you can snap about a thousand pictures there which look like U/G dual lands.

[–]krumble 1 point2 points ago

I was there earlier this year and I'm nearly certain this is Iguazu.

It just screams kamigawa!

[–]OhGarraty 2 points3 points ago

Yeah, this is obviously Minamo.

Kamigawa has some of my all-time favourite lands.

[–]cakeslap 0 points1 point ago

It was my first set, and I spent way too much money on it...

And I didn't even get any tops/ jittes.

[–]snowdrifts[S] 1 point2 points ago

Heh, mine too! Well, that's when I first started playing, anyway. My first proper set was Dissension. I've been away from it for a few years, and I'm just getting back in, so Avacyn's been my money-eater lately. XD

Same lol. I just recently sold a lot of my cards back my store for trade credit and now I've been blowing through packs like mad. Just gotta wait till ravnica, I missed it last time and I won't let it past me this time!

I can't wait to get back to the City of Guilds!

[–]steamfarmer 2 points3 points ago

Pretty sure there's an Eldrazi nearby.

[–]Aspel 1 point2 points ago

Definitely Zendikar. I bet it will come to life and attack.

Anyone else wish they would put out some new full art basic lands that had some awesome photographs like this one!?

[–]cyphern 3 points4 points ago

Looks remarkably similar to this basic island.

[–]czyrix 8 points9 points ago

Slightly, save for the floating islands.

[–]KoruMatau 1 point2 points ago

That is just gorgeous.

Maybe a wedge tri-land ala Arcane Sanctum et all? It's a waterfall surrounded by rainforest and I'm sure most players would love to see a cycle of those printed

[–]A_Piece_of_Pie 1 point2 points ago

Wait, okay, what's a wedge again? Is that two allied colors and their mutual enemy? Or is it like the Shards of Alara?

[–]Mechtaco 1 point2 points ago

The ones with two allies and one enemy are the shards. Wedges have two enemy and one allied one (RUG, BWG, BUG, BWR, WUR).

[–]anotherphotocopy -2 points-1 points ago

a wedge is shaped like a wedge in the colour wheel so you tell me.

[–]Aspel 4 points5 points ago

Wedges and shards are both shaped like a wedge.

I hope your line of thought isn't the line of thought of the people who downvoted me because that's just terrible.

Wishing Falls
Land - Forest

1, T: Add UG to your mana pool.

You should submit this over in the card creation sub. :)

[–]djbon2112 1 point2 points ago

Oh I do, just throw them where I can though ;-)

what does u/g mean? u.. green?

[–]snowdrifts[S] 0 points1 point ago

U is used for Blue, since B was already taken by Black. Thus WUBRG: White, Blue, Black, Red, Green. I always have to pause when I see it, honestly.

So U/G means blue/green, dual-coloured. There have been a few sets over the years with lands that produce mana of two colours. Very handy cards!

[–]Schmackledorf 0 points1 point ago

Man, that would be an amazing spot to do some bouldering...
