It's a good quote, and a good sentiment, but misattributed. If the attribution was "falsely attributed to Marcus Aurelius", we'd be bang alongside it.

The possibility that he did say it does exist. With that said, it most likely didn't come directly from Aurelius, but it doesn't mean we can't enjoy the quote.
