My roommate does it to piss people off. Does it when they don't even deserve it (i.e. didn't get owned). When people are pissed, they play worse. I've seen it in myself a million times. If I'm pissed at a game, I suck. When someone teabags you, just force yourself to smile. It stops the gut anger reaction in me.

Also that's Last Resort. Zanzibar was a great map.

If you never played BF2, you don't know how annoying Teabagging really is (when you died, you had to sit staring up into space for a few seconds while you could be revived, and could see people doing it in your face)

You know what I find worst than this on halo? It's the kicking system. Some douche on my own team walks up and kills me and I can't kick him for some reason, but if I kill some one by accident I get kicked instantly.

I teabag whenever I see someone do something stupid. Like killing themselves with rockets, sprinting at me a going for a double melee but failing and dieing, if they nade themselves. If they just have a god awful shot, if they use armor lock like a derp, if I assassinate a stationary sniper. The list goes on, but from me, its a sign that I do not respect your gaming abilities.
