As far as I know, this is an ad for a Japanese ski resort. It's CGI. I wish I found an HD version: It looks like a superb job. That stuff is long and painful to do.

I think they removed a tiny skier (a kid maybe), but kept the skis and added the ostrich and shadows on top. Not sure...
