  1. No screenshots, or pictures with added or superimposed text. This includes image macros, comics, info-graphics and most diagrams. Text (e.g. a URL) serving to credit the original author is exempt.

  2. No gore or porn. NSFW content must be tagged.

  3. No personal information. This includes anything hosted on Facebook's servers, as they can be traced to the original account holder. Stalking & harassment will not be tolerated.

  4. No solicitation of votes (including "cake day" posts), posts with their sole purpose being to communicate with another redditor, or [FIXED] posts. DAE posts go in /r/DoesAnybodyElse. "Fixed" posts should be added as a comment to the original image.

rent a car. drive the island......explore the waterfalls and ponies, maybe a volcano. exploring the island in june on my own was one of the most liberating life-changing experiences. a decision I will never regret or forget.

Me too. Actually both before and after the eruption. After was intense however, and I had to constantly move since the rubber on my boots started to melt. Seeing lava and glowing stones beneath you through some crack and breathing sulphurous gases is some intense shit, I tell you.

The smoke shop near my college is named "Northern Lights" I also own a vaporizer named "volcano"

This is probably taken with a extremely long exposure time or somehow doctored. Northern lights just aren't that bright, and there's no way they would be that visible next to a light source.
