I feel real bad for some people who don't understand that surgery doesn't instantly fix you being fat. Fat isn't just the crap in your body its the mentality. You might get 25lbs taken off your body but instead of eating at the now 1500 calories you should be eating every day you stay at your old 3000 calorie daily and next thing you know you're fat again. But you're not just fat you've now got the scars from surgery and even more stretched out skin (ir a messed up stomach if you got a gastric bypass). It's unfortunate that so many people think that lipo is a one stop fix and losing weight isn't about making one change. It's about completely re-evaluating your life, how you see food, and how you behave in regards to your health.

I know your making this comment semi-jokingly but for anyone reading this out there that's fat it isn't hard to lose weight. Over the last year I've lost 45lbs and it's been one of the easiest things I've ever done. It's time consuming but after the first 2 or 3 weeks of suffering because you need to readjust and change your habits weight loss is more about patience than anything.

I agree but if you get lipo your actually removing fat cells from your body so it won't be quite the same. You'll end up storing more fat in other area's instead of where you got it removed from.

The gym isn't the only way to get fit, but if you're a guy it sure helps. Lifting heavy bits of iron isn't nearly as fun as blasting around on your bike, but added to the fun bits it sure does help.
