No sir, this is actually the first* time this exact image has been submitted to /r/aww. It's been submitted to /r/funny a million times, though.

A version without the captions was submitted here a month ago, didn't get any karma.

It got submitted to /r/aww so it's technically a repost. This picture had it's time but this time is over by now, nearly everybody saw it and it was posted enough. Btw, a different caption doesn't make it more cute.
