Really? How? It looks horrible. Inside those balls, it looks like they're just squatting, so the ball does nothing other than make you obscenely hot. You're just hopping up & down on your heels, until you make a wrong move & start to fall over, at which point you just faceplant into the floor without your arms to break the fall.
