I tried to make these a couple months ago, but the graham crackers I used were really big. The ratio of cookie dough to smore was not good and I got 3 giants cookies out of it. I'll find the picture and post it in a second.

The graham crackers became kind of soggy. The whole thing was really kind of messy, to be honest. Melted chocolate, melted marshmallows, all in a giant cookie. That was my experience anyways, it'd probably be different for others.

Looks like a regular smore in between two balls of cookie dough. If you use a thing of premade dough, you could literally have these ready in like 6 minutes.
