How do some people drink and smoke in the same time? I often "crossfade" or "twist" because of the two clashing then I end up fucked up in the bad way. One occasion was flashing lights in the bathroom and blacking out naked on the floor. :L

Agreed; because alcohol and weed both have some sedative and disorienting effects it's not a good idea to mix them in large quantities unless you want to nod out.

In small quantities it's brilliant, the alcohol gets you drunker and the weed gets you higher, but weed also amplifies the unpleasant qualities of alcohol so you have to dose it carefully. I reckon two drinks is about the most you should have in your system at one time while high.

Too many times when I'm hammered I decide to smoke a bit. I'm usually fine with 1 or 2 tokes. But sometimes crunkness kicks in and I want another big rip because I get stupid. Usually ends up with me finding my way to bed because of the spins and it's usually late in the night when I come back that drink. Haven't drank alcohol since the week of 4/20 since it was my last week of school.

Why does it matter what other people do?

I don't drink for personal reasons (3 generations of alcoholism, and I grew up going to AA meetings with both of my parents who are now 20+ years sober), but I would never look down on someone for enjoying a beer or a cocktail. Do I wish it was more socially acceptable to smoke weed/talk about smoking weed? Sure. But that doesn't mean I'm going to impose my own preferences on others and condemn them for theirs.

I don't like it either, and I get such shit for it, I've learned to accept a few drinks so I can order something to sip on so I don't have to go through the whole song and dance of "YOU DON'T LIKE ALCOHOL??!" Then the rest of the night all I hear is "man, i can't believe you don't like alcohol, what's wrong with you?" It's very annoying, especially since If I have more than one or two drinks I will spend the entire next day throwing up. Now I've just started telling people I'm allergic to it.

How unfortunate! Good beer is a wonderful and delicious drink, but sadly rare these days among the endless sea of piss-lager.

If you have booze again, drink an equal volume of water afterwards. Many of the painful (hangover) effects of alcohol are actually just dehydration.

Then again you may just be an extreme lightweight or partly alcohol intolerant - sorry if this is the case :(
