I'm looking forward to see what they do with the physics of aircraft in this game.

The helicopter physics were enjoyable in GTA IV and I really liked how you could damage the rotors and have your tail blown off. I wonder if they will go all out for the planes.

To people complaining about graphics: Shut the hell up, you are what is wrong with gaming. GTA4 and GTA3 were good because they game-play and driving was fun. Not because you could see your fuckin face reflected in a penny.

But I'm a little sad about this line from that answer: "We just have not been in a position to show more of the game than the trailer and will not be for a while yet."

This looks like LA. Has anyone ever thought it cool if GTA was in some other city (say Sao Paulo, London, Paris, Madrid, Tokyo etc.). I mean thanks to Vice City and San Andreas I can find my way around Miami, Vegas, San Fran and LA without being entirely lost. Would be great to get to know other cities that way too.

I really want them to add a better 3rd person view when driving. In GTAIV, there are times where you're literally behind the car so you can't see what's in front of it. Just pan the camera up and over the car you're driving and it's all good.

I hope it isn't as buggy on PC as GTAIV was. I bought it and couldn't do anything with it. It was pretty though. When I picked it up for 15 on PS3 to finally finish it, I was disappointed in how much worse it looked.

My problem with IV was a video Memory leak. No matter what setting I had my graphics on, it would crash with the message "not enough video memory" or something like that.

I've seen alot of people whinge about various things with GTA IV but i really can't disagree more with them.

Graphics too bland.. It was base don New York.. not a leafy suburb.

Driving too unrealistic.. Have you ever tried to drive full speed through traffic?

Not as expansive as San Andreas.. Well no.. it wasn't.. didn't really find that this drew way from the experience to be honest. Plenty to do in the city.

I would be happy if they kept the same gameplay and graphics and simply placed the whole game somewhere else with different missions.

Obviously, if they improve everything then that's fantastic.. but honestly, GTA IV was a great game!

Well i have to say it's really beautiful , but i hope the story line will be fun because during all the last GTA the only things i've down was killing grandmother in the street , that was fun until i discovered Saints Row , with is very,very funny i wasn't bothered doing mission ,and i continued to kill grand ma ! all to say i hope they didn't just improved the graphics but also the story

Those screenshots look really nice. As a Florida resident though, I can't help but notice that the cabbage palms are a bit off. They've got the dead fronds on the bottom right, but the top ones are too thinned out. I'm from an area where there are a lot of artists and some of them can paint the cabbage palms really well but others have a lot of trouble with them. The tops of cabbage palms aren't that thinned out unless they've been trimmed recently, and if that had been done the dead fronds would be removed and the trees would look very unnatural. I think it's interesting that people who make models in video games have some of the same difficulties oil painters have.

I just want to say this: "GTA V better be a game-changer." I got way too hyped up for GTA IV only to find that it was pretty much GTA III with better graphics and bowling. It's bullshit. I want the facial technology of LA Noire, the immersion of Red Dead Redemption, the Gunplay of Max Payne, and the driving of Midnight Club. Take the best of every other Rockstar game and mish mash it into GTA V to make it a metaphorical equivalent of getting sucked off by Sasha Grey.

i hope in this game, the single player character isn't an emotionless robot. That annoyed the shit out of me in GTA4, when Niko, or Louis (i didnt play LATD) reacted with little to no emotions..
