/Hint, most banks have telephone banking. The agents are similarly trained to those in the branch and can service your accounts in most anyway- You can even get a mortgage. Plus it can save a ton of time, not having to call in to make a reservation, going there, waiting, etc.

When I had to do this it was mostly embarrassing because they asked for my SSN and I suddenly had to remember where I left my book with my SSN in it in my new bedroom because I hadn't gotten around to memorizing it yet.
