When I was in high school, I went on a cruise to Mexico. My passport was from 5 even dorkier years earlier. I had to reenact the photo for a TSA agent very similar to this

My passport photo was from 3 years ago and I would always get questioned cause of losing weight. I wasn't even big, I was like 180lbs then went down to 140.

I wasn't big though. I had very muscular legs from doing ROTC, walking/running every day, and playing drums. 40lbs was a nice loss in a short time and now I'm very thin.

I lost 15 lbs and the first place I saw it was in my face and neck. So losing 40 could be a drastic difference even if you don't notice it right away.

I lost 75 pounds in fat...then gained about 15 in muscle. I look significantly different. Almost made it so I couldn't get my marriage license because the clerk wanted more proof of identity.

The new wife was not amused with me.

My drivers license got me in my emo-period, long black hair, piercings and all that. I always get a couple of extra looks since I now got short blonde hair and use clothes in other colors than just black.

Still look like a damn kid because they sometimes card me when I'm buying energy drink

My passport photo still has me in braces. I was going through security in some European country and the officer asked me for another form of identification. I accidentally handed him my concealed handgun license instead of state ID. They look nearly the same! I was there for a while. It did not go well.

Every time my husband used to go into this one sushi place the cashier would ask for an ID as we were paying. She'd always look at the ID, look at him, ID, him and start laughing, then say "oh yeah, I remember you." We thought it was hilarious. (a couple of times she called over her family that worked there and they'd look back and forth and laugh too)
