Reminds me of this from an earlier thread: Reality is subjective and the world you see around you, as well as your perception of the events that occur in it, are partially based on how you have learned, over time, to view it. Be positive and do your best to see things in a positive light, and it will be reflected in the world around you. The illusion that you are separate from the "other things" in the universe is just an illusion created by the brain, and at the end of the day life is just a dream, you are just the universe experiencing itself subjectively. So enjoy your short time in this world and don't let the small things get you down in life. Be positive and create your own reality.
