It looks like the helmet is fixed to the shoulder piece. I doubt it's possible to twist it without also breaking the seal that keeps teh water in.

We had a photographer at the magazine I used to run that would add his "creative" tilt to almost every picture. One day the photo editor and I got drunk and reamed the shit out of him. I still don't know how the hell that kid graduated from PJ school taking shots like that. But we fixed his little red wagon.

I was recently in NYC with a friend from India, and we were taking pictures at all the typical touristy spots. We went to the Statue of Liberty and I take his picture with it. I want mine taken, so he takes the camera from me and says in a completely serious tone, "sir_fappington, I'll show you how to take a REAL photo." He then proceeded to turn the camera 45 degrees and take my pic.

The guy's fingers were 'degloved' (i.e. robbed of their skin) so in order to grow new skin for them, they cut four finger holes in his opposite arm and stuck his bony fingers inside them. After a while, a pocket of skin grew over the fingers and this pocket was cut away from the arm. The doctors then cut the fingers apart.
