You cannot use an ipod/iphone without itunes because there's no way to manage your apps. It's a pain, Itunes is like a retarded monkey. It does very little and shits on itself for no reason

People that actually listen to music. Bands have let's say an average of 5-8 albums over their careers with an average of 10 songs on each. That's around 600 songs or so a band. Just 10 bands would be around 5000-7000 songs. So if you listen to a lot of bands loyally over a lifetime and get every album they put out you can end up with over 50,000 songs.

I'm young and have hardly built up my collection( 2,500 digital songs.) I buy and collect the CDs for my favorite bands. I would say I own about 30 CDs only.

Also, if you are so "Loyal" to these bands, then why not buy their music? Help them out?

That's impossible. I do buy my 3 favorite bands albums, but that's all I can afford. The money mostly goes to the RIAA, which I do not support. I'm still in school, and don't have a job.

If I want to listen to other music it's going to be gotten elsewhere.
