This is similar stuff, but I don't think the artist you linked to is the same person. The flickr account is under the name of Will Laren.

On another note, Matthew Gray Gubler seems to use predominately water color (and maybe water color pencil) and ink. It seems that the difference here is that the pieces featured on the flickr on Will Larne's name are almost entirely marker and ink. A subtle difference but nonetheless a defining characteristic.

So to reiterate, the link you gave us is not the same artist.
