Andy Murray will not face similar pressure again unless he makes back to the Wimbledon final. I would think that there would be almost no pressure as intense as trying to win a major event in your home country. I'm Canadian and I remember the 2010 gold medal hockey game. If that team hadn't won they'd've probably been crucified.

All these citations come from speech. Either they were spoken by a real person, or used to add character.

Also, if you look in the main entry, it clearly prefixes the definition with (nonstandard).

Language is spoken. Writing came in to play a LOT later. There is very little reason it shouldn't nearly perfectly mirror speech.

"I would not have" is pronounced nothing like "I'dn't've", and is no more clear. There is no reason to use one over the other.

This is a non-sequitor, and going into a territory of linguistics which I do not know much about. The debate concerned whether it is "correct". As you remonstrated when I used the phrase "nonstandard or colloquial", as opposed to saying "you're right, but..", I assumed we were talking about the same "correct" officiated by governmental bodies and usage panels. Double contradictions are about as "correct", in that sense, as "ain't" or "would of". E.g. you-would-get-points-marked-off-on-an-English-paper correct.
