Actually, it's not just flipped vertically. If you look at the snails neck, you can see the reflection lacks the same edge light. Also, the moss in relation to the mushroom is much lower. I'm not saying it's not shooped, but there's been more done than just simply flipping it vertically.

Surface tention is way too clear. I could be mistaken, but it looks off when you can see a snail's veins in a reflection in water being hit by a drop of water an inch away. It also appears that the bright spot near the snails neck is eliminated in the water except for the remnants of a clean up job. Tiny white pixels near the reflection's neck made me a bit suspicious.
