That is indeed a Moscow Metro map that's posted behind her. That girl is wearing fall/winter clothes (coat, scarf, hose). She's probably a student that's not a native Muscovite.

The streak of water - At night, the metro cars are cleaned in a rudimentary way, normally a large wet towel is shoved/pushed across the floor. They don't use mops, per se. It leaves behind a lot of moisture.

In the winter at night, the homeless sometimes sleep in the metro cars for a couple of hours, during non-peak traffic. The train also stays parked at a station for quite some time in the late night hours and there are fewer metro workers to shoo off loiterers.

TL;DR I feel pretty certain that this is a young college student, not from Moscow, seeing a group of homeless camped out on a freshly cleaned metro car. In other words...just another day in Russia.

Its def. a movie set. If you notice on the left there is black plastic hanging outside for the length of the train and it seems the same for the back and the right side. They do that so they can get the shots without outside light screwing the shots up. Not to mention if a bomb went off to kill that many people in that car there would be A LOT more blood. She is most likely someone who works on set.

She went to the subway in the metro, but it was actually a raider camp where they were making chems! They were all drugged out on Psycho and Buffout, and attacked her immediately. Fortunately, since she can magically heal herself while stopping time to look at her Pip-Boy watch (which she is humbly hiding), she was able to take out all of the raiders with no problem!

However, after coming back to the train a little while later to grab all the extra loot, she realized that the bodies were all still where she had left them, thought to herself "This won't do!", and she promptly dragged them all to the corner, where they could be nice and out of the way in case any wasteland survivors wanted to explore through there!

She's considerate, is all.

The train was gently rolling by when it suddenly hit a patch of poorly constructed rail, lately laid down. The people on the subway at the time were all thrown off their seats and to the back of the shown car. The train managed to slowly roll into the next station and the smiling woman in the photo stepped onto the train. Being blind, she accidentally bumped into a seat and dropped her black glasses under a seat. Her guide told her to stay put while he went to notify the train driver.

A station worker nearby noticed the blood on the floor and went to investigate. The blind woman thought it was her guide and smiled, only to wonder why a photo was taken after the footsteps faded into the distance.

Bachelor party, had too much to drink. One by one each of the guests passes out, some falling asleep in the middle of the train.
