If you slowly alternate from Left Panel to Right Panel, the Center Panel seems to stop in mid rotation and turn the other way, kind of like she's "Swaying". Very Cool.

All three of them are spinning in the same direction the person who made this added in those red and blue lines and the white dots for eyes to trick the mind to think that one is spinning the opposite direction if you were to get rid of the colors you would be able to tell a lot easier.

No, It's an optical illusion. All three images are the same, and depending on how you look at it, the person in the center can be going the same way. To test this, look at the right one, then watch the left one with your peripheral vision. All three should look like they're going the same way.
