Skip to 6:42 for this clip. It's a Q&A session and it looks like she's responding to someone in the audience but whatever was said was not audible, so I still don't know what the context is.

I think she might be adding on to what Josh Hutcherson was saying about his diet for the film. As in he was talking about having to eat healthy chicken and food to gain the weight for the film, but as he's saying that she makes the expression towards the crowd like "Yeah, ok im so sure you dieted so hard". Not sure, just my take.
