I swear this is the last time I'm going to upvote this.

I was in Toronto for Canada day and the Pride Parade when some Christians started yelling at some girl about how she was going to burn in hell for her sins, etc. So I butted in and started talking to them (I used to go to an all-girls private catholic school and got top marks in religion, though I'm atheist). They never gave answers to my questions and avoided everything, and after stumping three of them, they ran to grab their supervisor. At this point, I had drawn a crowd. When the supervisor started to talk to me about how I just havn't been touched by God yet and that my soul was at risk, I told him that I didn't have to worry because I'm a ginger and I have no soul anyways. He looked at me puzzled for a moment, unsure of what to say. I took that opportunity to tell him that instead of pushing his beliefs onto others and trying to make people feel bad, he should do God's work and be humble about his faith and help others, regardless of their beliefs, as the bible says to do. At that point, I turned around, kissed the girl that was crying, and walked away into a crowd of mostly cheers, and some boos from the other Christian activists. Once I was down the street, I turned around and saw the supervisor and his league of little minions packing up their stuff. I'm glad I kept my cool, because arguing with close-minded people is a pain up until you finally get your point across.

Genesis is more believable than this story.

You're a man of faith eh?

[–]gaben3 0 points1 point ago

Lol no.

Then stop believing in genesis more than what happened to me on Canada Day!
