I hate "sagging" as much as anyone else, but I think the whole gay sex thing was some sort of rumor that was made up to discourage people from wearing their pants like fools.

While there's no doubt that it could mean multiple things, the whole "willingness to engage in gay sex" is probably not the leading one.

I have no feelings one way or the other in regards to how an individual chooses to style himself, clothed, half-clothed, it truly makes no difference to my own life. The problem I have with your opinion and others is the blatant rumour mongering that has occured concerning the subject matter. There are no facts to be had on this phenomena. As the choice on how to dress is an individual one in most of these cases the reasons are thusly also individual and may not be applied to the group.
