I can only vouch for 1, 3, 5 and 6 which are all great movies (very different from each other though). I have only heard two different things about clockwork orange - excellent and pretentious. Stranger than Fiction, never heard of it.

update: I just watched Stranger than Fiction. And it's OK that you haven't seen it. It was weak, obvious and full of holes. I give it 3 out of 10. But I've never really liked Will Ferrell, so I might be a bit biased.

It's good. I think everyone should see the Big Lebowski. It's not my favorite movie, but it's very well done.

Also, John Goodman, Jeff Bridges, Steve Buscemi, and all the other actors are all very good.
