holy fuck I did pretty much the same thing that he did, and I can tell you that:

  1. It hurts like a motherfucker
  2. It's really fucking scary, because you don't know wether or not you've seriously hurt yourself because you can't really move from the pain for a couple of minutes.

The people around me really thought I broke my back but since I was able to move my legs n shit they didn't call for an ambulance straight away, and 20 minutes later I was pretty much fine.

I used this in a compilation I made and talked to a friend of his on youtube. He messed uop his back and was out around a month but there was no permanent damage.

After watching as many bail videos as I have you'd be amazed what human bodies can take and walk away from it.

I was playing Badminton one time with my sisters (i'm a guy(don't judge me i love that sport)). Anywho the shuttlecock was just about to miss the net so I went to save it and as I landed I bent my knew completely back. Hurt like a SOB for two days, I thought I snapped it but obviously I didn't.

I saved the birdie if that matters :D! Also we still won!
